You probably would have heard of the term "brain drain" which is often used to explain the exodus of bright and talented people in search of brighter prospects from developing nations to developed nations.
Now the trend seems to have reversed looking at various reports being published in several business and financial publications. For years, highly skilled professionals have poured into the U.S (and various other "rich" nations) with help of their science and technological skills and helped create some of America's most successful companies. But now these "America's" best and brightest superstars are returning to their native countries in alarming numbers - up to 1000 a day.
As this trend of "reverse brain drain" continues, is America going to lose its position as the super power and a world leader one day? Time will only tell.
